Responsibilities - Internet Marketing Team
Manager:
• In this position, you would be managing the day to day operations of the
organization's internet fulfillment team.
• You would be managing the activities of one or more order fulfillment
functions such as Web Design, Content Collection, or Search Engine Marketing.
• You would be ensuring that the team's productivity and quality goals are met.
• Additional responsibilities include managing the day-to-day relationships with
one or more external vendors.

• Must have at least 3 years of prior experience managing teams
• At least 1 year of experience with search engine marketing

• Knowledge of Advertising Solutions systems including ACRM
• Previous experience as a Google Adwords Qualified Professional

Training Manager
Summary of Job Functions:
• Training and Educate/assist/inform sales associates and
managers concerning all product issues and marketing objectives and programs.
• Develops/maintains relationships with field operations personnel and
supervisors.
• Design and assist in developing training course material and ThinkNTrade
presentations using a variety of media to develop product
specific, programs and manuals.
• Execute/maintain/monitor all company-driven marketing initiatives and programs
for stores in assigned territory.
• Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness of training programs,
consistency and accountability in training processes
• Maintain route frequency and timelines to target training needs
Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including
Excel, Word, Project Manager and PowerPoint.
• Advanced oral and written communication/presentation skills.
• Ability to facilitate training
• Strong organizational, analytical, and evaluative capabilities
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to speak effectively before groups and individuals including Senior
Executive staff, corporate and field employees, vendors, and customers.
• Must be able to travel 75%, based out of personal home office.
• 1-2 years experience in a sales, education or business sector.
• Prior Seminar Presentation experience helpful
