Contrary to popular opinion, reading charts does not require a high level of expertise. In fact, it is one of the easiest things to do, as long as you have a thorough understanding about the basics of chart reading.

In this section, I will be focusing mainly on four basic things of chart reading. Mastering these would go a long way in helping you pick penny stock winners.

Important Candlestick patterns – bullish and bearish

Volume Analysis – what the volumes tell you

Key chart patterns –inverted head and shoulders, flags, double bottom, triangles

Important technical indicators – RSI, MACD
